I have heard some people say this pan works great and others say the cake doesn't cook right. Can someone give me the recipe they used? How much batter did you put in each side? How long did you bake, etc? Thanks.
Some advice...use a dense recipe. Doesn't seem to me a cake mix would hold up well as it is really soft. Something similiar to the wasc or a pound cake would hold up well. Definitely grease and flour the heck out of the inside of the pan and slip it out of the pan before it cools to much.
