Laurel, Has he tried saving the information from his e-mail to a file (word, excel, etc.) on his hard drive and then importing it?

What kind of file did he save it as? If you save an email, it'll usually save as a HTML and that is not a drag & drop file.

If pictures were embedded into the email and again, he just saved the email, it would happy.

And copy and pasting isn't working?

Okay, from within the email, have him right click the photos and save them. He should be able to save each photo as a photo file. Then from PP import them with the insert function.
