I just made some mmf for the first time last week and I have not used it yet cause it just seems so soft. I thought I would store it for a few weeks and maybe it would firm up a little bit, but nope, it is still pretty soft. Is there something that I may have done wrong? I just find it really hard to work with really soft fondant. Thank you for any suggestions...
I just made my first batch of MMF last week but on the bottom of the recipe I used it said that if the fondant was too soft you could add more powdered sugar to it.

Yes as you use it, just add a little powdered sugar.
I've made at least 100 batches of MMF and I like to finally quit adding sugar when it has the same consistancy of playdough. (If you can remember that?) With my temp and humidity I usually use about 8 cups of sugar for one batch. (Eastern Oregon)
