I know everyone hates pricing questions, but I really need the help. I just want to know if you were given this picture to duplicate and you were to make it to serve 150, what would you charge. I love this idea and do not want to overprice. Please no ugly remarks. I realize no carving would be involved, but the details need to be just right to make it work. I will be doing buttercream with fondant accents.

when something is taller than a normal 4" high cake but it's NOT carved...I charge my regular tiered cake price, since ultimately that's what it is!

Does that help?

i would charge $450 and likely use 12 inch cakes or maybe 10" depending on how it worked out with the height vs. width.

In my book this is a level 3 fondant creation serving 150 so $11 per serving $1650, edited to add to obtain the "leather" look the entire thing needs to be covered in fondant, not just fondant accents.
