I know this has probably been asked before, but I have been doing some really delicious (and different) cake combinations lately and was wondering what is your favorite UNUSUAL cake combination? (not just white with strawberry mousse, that kind of thing)
Lately I have made:
Red velvet and strawberry Mousse and the other filling cream cheese (it is GOOD!)
Yellow cake with one filling of bavarian creme, the other filling chocolate mousse
Chocolate cake with coconut filling
Yellow cake with peanut butter mousse and strawberry gel
Would love to hear what you guys have come up with!

I just did a WASC with Bavarian cream filling, covered in dark chocolate ganache.
