Good morning! I have seen a few cakes with curling ribbon on the corners. Is there a special way of attaching them to the cake? Thanks icon_biggrin.gif

I haven't done it - but I've seen a cake with it done. The ribbon was attached by wire onto those little wooden florist picks. I wouldn't use the green ones since we don't know if they're food safe, but maybe you could wire them onto small pieces of dowels with little notches cut into them to hold onto the wire. HTH

Or use plastic picks! Just as long as there is a little notch or something that will help the wire stay on it.

I didn't realize that people attached them at all! I thought they were just kinda laying on the cake.
