Hi I am sure this question was probably asked before, so if it was please tell me where to find it, if not then any help will be appreciate it .

When I make a layered bc cake, my bc stick to the bottom of the cake I' m stacking, then the bottom cake ends ups with a very ugly bold spot lol.now my questions is..Is there a way to prevent this? For me logically that's what is supposed to happen, but I figured I'll ask and see what you say...

Thank you so much !!

A light dusting of powdered sugar on the top of the bottom tier will prevent the bc from sticking to the cake board.

or cornstarch, or line it with wax paper any of the 3 methods works well!

You can also use shredded white chocolate or coconut too - adds an added flavor (make sure it is ok with the bride for either of these first!)
