I'm making a cake for a 1 year old who's mother requested I use little to no sugar (no sugar substitutes either). The cake will be sweetened with banana, but does anyone have good recipes other than making whipped cream for the frosting?
I'm making a Mickey and Minnie cake topper and it has to survive a 1.5 hour drive.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I would recommend that you not place the cake topper until you arrive at the venue.
