I just can't get the plumeria flower right.. sorry no picture. I threw out the flowers I made. I can't seem to get the pinwheel right in the centre of the flower. I've watched several video's on the process.. Is there a trick I don't know about.. HELP..

It looks like a simple flower, right? Since I was winging it and doing it old school (didn't have the frangipani cutter) the first time I did them it took a few flowers to get it right. Since there's no picture, could you could detail what you're doing?
