Can you make strawberry mousse filling ahead of time and freeze it?

I need to know if this recipe can be done ahead of time? Just found out my grandmother passed away and I the wake is the same day as the wedding and want to make this today for the Sunday wedding. So all I have to do is put everything together on Saturday and will be ready to be delivered for this Sunday. Please does anyone now. If not then recommend another strawberry mousse recipe that can be done in advance.

The recipe you posted requires refrigeration. (Mousse recipes generally require refrigeration because of the perishable ingedients used.)

You could make a faux mousse filling using Rich's Bettercreme & strawberryPolander's (because both are shelf stable under normal conditions for 5 days).

Or you could use strawberry extract to flavor the Whipped Cream b/c for use as filling:

Or you could flavor a white ganache strawberry for the filling:
