Has anyone use the sps (plates and pillars) making a tospy turvy cake.

i,ve seen keith ryder show it when he makes the topsy turvy. i think it is on this site. a demo on this. hth

If you do the topsy turvy where you set the cake in a hole, it's no different using SPS than with any other cake (other than possibly having to cut the legs.) In that construction, the cakes are actually sitting flat.
