Hi,I am new to this site and would like to kno if anyone has purchased a Cannon Mp560 for edible images? I purchased the ink tanks from kopykakes and i keep getting an error message that says it is not reading one of the tanks can anyone plz give me some advice I would gr8ly appreciate it!!!

is the chip on? Is there ink in the tank? Those 2 things could give you that message

If there is a chip, take the cartridge out, Make sure the chip is clean and that there is no residual glue on it, you can actually scrape the chip to get glue out. Then place it back in. You can also try holding down the resume button, the button under the power button, for about 10 seconds to see if it bypasses it. Feel free to call my office if you need more ideas.
