I am attempting a Tinkerbell/Waterfall cake for my daughter's birthday next weekend and only have 8" rounds. Is t possible to use my larger springform pans to make a larger another larger layer?

I will be using Chocolate WASC and covering it in fondant. Would I just use my homemade cake release and bake as I would in a normal pan of that size?

Thanks for any advice you can offer!

Yup, I use mostly springform pans for my cakes. Good luck!

Fantastic! Living on a little island with no way to get panswas making things a little challenging.
