I like the crusting c. cheese icing on this site, but was wondering if anyone had good luck with other icings under fondant. I'm thinking maybe a recipe that's a little firmer so it will chill up hard. I don't think I need a crusting recipe since it'll be under fondant.
If anyone has any recipes they like, I'd appreciate it. I have two weeks to fiddle with recipes. TIA!
