I am at my first attempt at making mini wedding cakes. Any know-hows and tips to simplify the job?

ugh....RUN! icon_lol.gif

Firstly, congrats on the order but I do hope you charged enough considering the immense amount of labour involved.

Secondly, get ready to triple the amount of time you *think* this will take you.

Thirdly, start as early as you possibly can in terms of baking/cutting layers/filling. Freeze if you must.

Fourthly, PLEASE don't attempt a large order alone....and by that I mean 50+. It's an utter nightmare and you'll need someone there to keep your sanity.
