Hello
How long can I leave out a buttercream cake? It's 1/2 cisco 1/2 butter with 3 tablespoons of milk. I made it last night and wanted to make sure it's good to take to work on Monday. Please help

I would store it in the regrigerator and take it out when I was getting ready for work. Not that you need to put it in the fridge, the sugar will prevent spoilage. It will keep it fresh. JMO, I don't like to keep cakes out, just a feddish.

I do have it in a cake carrier closed. I was more worried about spoilage. I don't have room in the fridge for it LOL

Then you'll be fine, fridge storage is an issue. icon_smile.gif

I have made 1000s of b'cream cakes. They can be kept at room temp for at least 3 days unless it is hot and humid.
they can also be kept in the frig for 3-5 days. Actually for family I have kept some more than 10 days.

You have it in a protected carrier it will be just fine at room temp.
