Hey everyone,

I have a book that shows how to emboss an inscription on a cake where you first write it on glass....I can't find that book for anything.

Are any of you familiar with this technique and if so..pleeease tell me.

I have heard where people will print out the inscription in reverse on their computer and pipe over with royal icing. They then press this onto the fondant or buttercream. Now that you say glass, I have an acrylic stamp that you place clear rubber stamps on. I bought it for cakes to emboss on fondant with the clear stamps. Now I think I will try the royal icing on that.
