My very first MMF on a 10" circle with chocolate buttercream inside. Fabulous easy to use- I loved it. But now what? Do i cover it with saran? Fridge or counter? Covered or uncovered? What about the BC inside? Will the MMF get tough? I need it in 2 nights...

Thanks!

It doesn't need to go in the fridge. It's best to store in a box, not an airtight one but just a cake box, to protect it from dust and from fading (red and purple will fade when exposed to light). The MMF will get dry on the outside but not in a way that's hard to serve or eat.
