I made a cake, white cake, with the mix and extender recipe. It made 8 cups of batter, so 4 cups I put in each Wilton 2-inch deep, 8 inch diametre, pan. How long does it take to cook? I put it in at 350, but it's been over 40min, and it's still jiggly in the middle?
Okay, so I think it's finally done, an hour later.... at least I sure hope it's done!
