Hi all! How long can I freeze a cake for? Is two weeks too long? I was just wondering because I'm going to be making two character cakes in the next couple weeks and I'm going to rent the pans from Bulk Barn. It saves me making four trips there (to pick up and return each time) if I can just bake them all at once then freeze them. Thanks!
