I have a juicer since my son will not eat any fruits but loves to drink them... I hated throwing out the pulp that was left after juicing and started using it in muffins etc...

I just made a cake for my BFF and used the leftover pulp from raspberries and peaches mixed with imbc for a filling. It was so good, lots of flavour but not liquidy since it had been juiced. It's a super fine puree that doesn't make a slippery fruit filling.

I've started just freezing the pulp for cake fillings, almost like having my own selection of sleeve fillings on hand.
