I could use some help. Is there a thread, forum, etc that tells me how to make a lion's mane. I appreciate it in advance!!

Maybe some more info would help? Are you making it on a cake out of icing? Fondant?
If it's out of icing, a grass tip might work.
If you are making it out of fondant, a garlic press works well (not used for garlic, though! ew! icon_wink.gif
Hard to answer without a few more details...

Oops! I guess alot more information would help! ha! It is a lion made out of modeling chocolate about 4" high. I tried the garlic press, but didn't like the outcome. I thought I would cover the head with modeling chocolate then maybe snip the ends with scissors. Any thoughts? Thanks for the response.

Hmm....I did my lion's mane with the garlic press out of modeling chocolate...so I guess I'm not much help! LOL!!

I guess it depends on the look you are going for - more cartoony, or realistic, or looking like a specific pattern? Hmm....will be interesting to see what others come up with! Sorry I can't be more help!
