I am in need of a buttercream frosting that I can put on cookies and be able to stack them. But I want the frosting to stay soft on the inside.

Is there a frosting that I can make that will be like that?

Have you tried that recipe? I just checked it out -- I wonder how it would be with butter instead of shortening.
