I have been asked by a friend if I can do a Black Forest Cake. I have never done one before, and I am worried about how the Real Whipped Cream will hold up in transit? Won't it start to lose shape and melt really quickly?

Pure whipped cream will but you can stabilize it with unflavored gelatin. Here's a link to a recipe that I've used in the past, it still requires refrigeration but will hold up much better then just regular whipped cream.

I use a product called Dr. Oetker's Whip It to stabilize whipped cream. It's much easier to use than the gelatin!
