I've seen this before... only many more than depicted here. If I am not mistaken, they are out of Kuwait... The site I've seen shows the whole wedding setup as well. VERY ORNATE WEDDINGS!!!

Here's is the Chef's name:

They are made by Chef Omar Addihaoui and some serve up to 1000 guests. He works in Kuwait for Cafe Opera, a patisserie and cafe.

those cakes are absoluetly amazing... some of them are more like statues then cake... I love the shells with the blown sugar...

As I was scrolling thru the posts as soon as I saw "Kuwait" I KNEW who was going to be the artist behind the pics. As soon as I clicked the link above I recognized his cakes.
The chef is Omar Addihaoui and he is a master of his art.

Those cakes are amazing! They should do a TV show on him!

OMG... Those are cake? Looks more like works of art to me. He is Amazing! Would love to see him on Challenge, or Ultimate Wedding Cakes....
