Does anyone have a recipe for a good dairy free cake filling? I'm making a vanilla chiffon cake and I can make dairy free buttercream, but I would like to fill it with something yummy. Apparently, the birthday boy is not so keen on chocolate.

Raspberry Puree filling:
If no one is allergic to nuts, add some chopped pecans and apricot jam or preserves to some icing and it makes a delicious filling. I don't have amounts. I just mix until it looks right.
