Evaporated Milk For Mousse Filling?

i thought i saw a post where someone used 2 cans of evaporated milk with pudding for their mousse. If you can repost the recipe or if someone has the link that would be great. The recipe was suppose to help with the refrig. issue

What the OP said about refrigeration was that all the ingredients needed for the pudding were shelf stable, (canned evaporated milk and packaged instant pudding).

But the pudding when combined with the canned milk will definitely require refrigeration.
