I was just at Michael's and picked up some really cute Mary Engelbreit cupcake papers for .50/pack (originally $1/pack). They are packs of 48.

I got pink with a small pattern, purple with multi-colored jewels, blue & white with red cherries, and white with yellow & green stars. I had some of the purple ones before and they're nice quality paper.

In addition to the cupcake papers, they also had coordinating napkins, plates, tablecloths, invitations, thank you notes, and other things. All of them are 50% off.
