It won't will probably become very soupy. The high concentration of oil will break it down. Try using regular extract. I know that the flavor is not as potent but it won't break down your RI.

I have used Lorann oils in cakes, cookies, RI, BC, SMBC and even in cheese cake and have never has a problem.

My royal icing has set up no problem...just be careful cause it is very potent so a little will go a long way icon_smile.gif

I've added one or two drops to my RI and it was fine. It's very concentrated and you don't need as much as you would if you were using a regular extract.

Thanks ladies! I went with the lorann marshmallow- it did set, but it seemed to take a bit longer. I'm glad I only added it to part of the batch! icon_biggrin.gif

You ladies are fantastic as usual!
