hi all,
I made a princess and the frog cake and made an all fondant lily.
Can I refrigerate it?
It's Satin Ice fondant.
I was just wondering if it would hold it's shape with the moisture.

why does it need to be refridgerated. if its the cake that needs it, can you leave the flower off?
not all fondant does well int he fridge, its more an issue of condensation, although in theory, as long as you let any condensation dry off it, it should be ok.

not thinking I applied the lily that is on her dress this morning.
(before coffee)
I could remove the lily that is on the cake board.
Do you think the small one on her dress will be okay???
