How Do I Make This Purple Darker? Help!

I'm making a mardi gras cake and used americolor violet gel, but it's still too lavender looking and I want dark Mardi Gras/LSU type purple, I'm out of ameri violet, what other colors can I add to darken? Blue?

Blue and red but I think more blue then red. I would just go get more Americolor.
