I need to cover a styrofoam cake dummy with fondant. Do i brush the dummy with sugar glue or something similar before placing the fondant? Please let me know. Thanks in advance

Hi, here is a link to aine2's blog. She has two videos about covering cake dummies. One round and one square.

Just mist the styro with water and the fondant will stick.

I put a very thin coat of crisco on my cake dummies before covering with fondant. It makes it easier to remove the fondant later on.
