I'll admit it, I'm stumped! I am meeting this couple next week to discuss their wedding cake, but the bride is considering a grooms cake surprise. She says that he flies Apache helicopters in the Dutch airforce (she is American), and wondered if I can think of something to do with that. Any ideas? I have asked for for a rough serving size & budget for this cake, but haven't heard yet.

Their black hats are super cool and that is one bad to the bone ride!!!
