i have read on here some where to defrost an iced cake take it out of the wrapper and let it unthaw at room temp. I have had one in my freezer for about a month, Do you all think it will still taste good, just your normal white cake with BC icing. No decorations or anything i had a lady wanting a baby shower cake this Saturday and i have 2 im doing already, different flavors though , and was wondering if this one would be Ok.
