Hello, Fellow Candy Crafters!
I would LOVE to find a heated "chafing type" container like the contestants use on the Food Network Chocolate Challenges. I've heard it called a "chocolate bath". I am wanting to experiment with some Swiss chocolate from our local food wholesaler and would be braver if I knew I had the appropriate equipment to use.
If anyone has any ideas, I would love to know!
