Someone has asked me to make a topsy turvy cake and was wondering if there is a cake pan to do this or do you just cut cakes at an angle? Also do you just use dowels to keep from sliding? Any information would really help me. icon_biggrin.gif Thanks.

Sugarshack has a great DVD on how to do this with a good firm cake recipe as well.

here is my favorite tutorial... no worries about the tilted tiers as it's just an illusion!
