For next Saturday. I am a legal baker and live in Florida so the weather should be nice.

What should I bake to sell? I don't want to come home with things that won't sell because I don't have a store that is open to the public.

Normally I make cakes for my clients but that's not going to work for a farmers market.

Perhaps smaller thing that poeple can buy just one (or more if they choose)

4 inch cakes
Plain cupcakes decorated with a ganache/BC
Cupcakes containg fruit.
Cookies on sticks

When you were last at the markets, what cake/cookie things did you see for sale?

Do you make such things as Bananna Bread - Carrot Cake - Date Loaf - Ginger Cakes.
They don't need to be covered or decorated.
Also - you can make in advance as they freeze very well and thaw nicely.
People like to buy these things as they keep well and can be used for lunches - plus it is easy for them to transport home.

I went to our FM's today and all of the above were on display for sale from various stalls.
