I am just about to make a batch of WASC and I forgot sour cream - I have probably 1 cup of diff. flavors of yogurt (strawberry/banana) but I need 2 cups of sour cream. Can I use the yogurt I have and replace the other missing cup of sour cream with something else....milk, water etc? Will the yogurt flavors really come through?

Here's a handy baking ingredients substitution chart:

P.S. The flavoring in yogurt is minimal. Adding sufficient extract is necessary to flavor your cake.
