I just received a last minute order for a half sheet spice cake for tomorrow afternoon. Normally not a problem, however I have not attempted a spice cake before and I am under serious time restrictions due to prior engagments.
I could not really turn it down because this is my first order that I am getting through a mutual partnership with another company and I want to make a good impression for both parties!
I like to make from scratch and prefer it for this type of cake.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I already have the cream cheese icing recipe. THANK YOU!!!
