I am about to make the Royal Icing from the wilton book, any advice?? and is there a better recipe?
Depends on what you are going to use it for. If it's for cookies I'd use a glace, it taste so much better and doesn't get rock hard.
Thank you, i will be using it to make bumble bees..and for the dots inside daisies..I was looking for already made royal icing but didn't find any.
I use the wilton recipe all the time. Works fine for me.
