Does anyone know where I can get this? Online is fine, in NYC is better, and smaller than 50lbs is great!

They do make this, and since items manufactured in NYC have to be "trans fat free," any bakery using shortening has to use one of these brands. I just cannot find it for home use.

If you're looking for a hi-ratio trans fat free shortening, SweetexZ (cake & icing) comes to mind. But I haven't seen that in small quantities online.

However, trans fat free Alpine hi-ratio (icing only) is available online:
