I made this recipe for a ganache filling inside the cake:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup corn syrup
3 bags choc chips
1 cup buttercream or choc frosting to help make it more spreadable
So I dont remember where I got it but I clearly did something wrong! It is a thick grainy texture, taste is still pretty good but its really grainy almost like it seized the melted chocolate when i added it (after blending the butter, sugar and corn syrup smooth). I am out of ingredients and was wondering if anyone could think of a way for me to save this fillling??? Thanks so much!
