Has anyone baked cupcakes in paper souffle cups? I tried yesterday and they did not bake well at all! They didnt dome and actually fell and looked pretty sad(I covered them with pretty BC flowers and they looked ok) Anyway if anyone has used these and has some tips that would be great!! Thanks!
Yes, I have and the first time it did the exact same thing...rose, overflowed and fell! I realized what you have to do is preheat the oven to 375 degrees, only fill up the souffle cups half way (at the most), then after you put the cupcakes in and close the door, then turn it down to 350. Works beautifully every time now!
