help i am out of sour cream and yogurt! what else can I sub in the WASC???? In the middle of baking now.
buttermilk, milk with some vinegar for the acid... pretty much anything acidic will work.. the acid is what triggers the baking soda.
thank you thank you! I found online to use 1 cup of milk and 1 tbsp of lemon juice as well. of course this is the first time I am trying this recipe, lol.
