I'm working on a Super Bowl cake, some of which will be RKT If I make the RKT and cover it with buttercream, will that keep the treats somewhat soft for Sunday? There's some kids looking forward to them

I know this is coming a little late, but I'm sure the RKT will be just fine! I have made batches and put in a container and they've been yummy for a week or more.
