No need to shout, we can hear you just fine! icon_biggrin.gif

Go to the recipes section and look up the NFSC (No Fail Sugar Cookie) recipe.

i don't have a good sugar cookie recipe but i have a FANTASTIC shortbread cookie recipe. they stay nice and soft as long as they are covered and taste so yummy!

4c. flour
1tsp. soda
2tsp. cream of tarter
1c. butter
1c. sugar
3 eggs

cream butter and sugar, add eggs. in another bowl, combine dry ingredients. add dry ingredients to butter, sugar and eggs. Roll out 1/4 in. thick and cut out shapes. Bake @ 350 for 5 minutes.

NFSC is the best. Make sure you don't roll any cookie too thin.
