Southern Comfort Buttercream Recipe Needed

any suggestions on how to make Southern Comfort Butter Cream for a cake filling? Please advise. I am still very new to this! Thanks everyone!

I like to use Indydebi's buttercream. To make it liquor-flavored, replace the extracts and part of the milk with the liquor you're wanting to use. I've tried it with bourbon and with rum and it's good. It would probably be better with SoCo but every bottle I ever buy must have a hole in the bottom because it's empty by the time I want to cook with it icon_biggrin.gif

Southern Comfort is also really good with orange juice. I bet if someone liked that combination, buttercream with SoCo and a couple drops of orange oil would be really good.

I will give it a try. The cake orders are starting to really roll in and this truly does help a lot. My confidence is surely building but each time there is sometihing new with each order I must try to figure out.
