Anyone have any tips or know of any tutorials showing you how to make dinosaurs figures out of gum past or fondant? I need a T'Rex, brontosaurus, tricerotops, and a pterodactyl. Maybe a stegosaur, too. I want to make a big volcano and place the figures on/around it.

This one isn't actually a tutorial - but it kind of tells you how to make a variety of dinosaur cakes.

And here's a tutorial.

The same tutorial - but people have posted their dinosaur cakes. So there are lots of color combinations and things to look at.

Hope this helps.

Thanks! I should be able to apply the same directions to gum paste. I didn't play with enough play-doh as a kid! The pterodactyl is what has me a little worried, but I'm sure I'll figure it out.
