I've done several Topsy Turvey cakes with the bubble tea straws and center wooden dowel system, but I'm wondering if anyone has attempted and had success using SPS in aTopsy Turvey cake?

Of course I have. I do the TT where the cakes are actually sitting flat.

Do you have any instructions for doing the topsy turvy using sps with cakes sitting flat.

Thank you

Very good to know! I know you are the queen of SPS, so I was hoping you'd reply. I use the flat method too (Sugarshack's method), so I am glad to hear that it works fine with SPS! I love SPS!

Leah, I have to ask, what is the most tiers you've successfully transported stacked with SPS?
