Ok, I have been using these same recipes for years and all of a sudden, they seem not to work for me anymore,
My cakes,especially fruit cakes sink to almost the bottom of the pans nowadays and no matter what I adjust, my cream icings always seem to curdle,
It got so baaaaad that I even stopped baking for a while,
oh no, how frustrating!! Have you tested your Oven temp? Your ingredients to make sure the manufacturers havent changed them? Have you a different mixer that is over beating or something?? Thats all I can think of, for now lol! HOpe someone helpful comes along and helps you soon!
